Cauliflower Rice hash browns

Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower rice
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tablespoons Canola oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix cauliflower rice, egg, flour, parmesan cheese, green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl
Heat the frying pan with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Use an ice cream scoop to portion the mixture into the pan. Flatten the mixture with a spatula into a patty shape
Pan fry each side for 5 minuets or until golden brown
